I paid in full for this product and even sent an additional $86 for shipping after being shown a video of it working. What I received was a non-functional item: the rod was not seated in the motor, preventing rotation, and the power supply had a disconnected red wire, causing the light to fail. The internal wiring is too short to fix, and the product is unusable. The seller refused to take full responsibility and instead suggested I repair it myself or pay even more to return it — despite admitting they would file a DHL claim. I’ve submitted multiple requests for resolution and still have no working product. This experience has been frustrating, expensive, and disappointing. I cannot recommend this seller or product. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
